Albert Vincent Harcourt, III "Vinny" passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024, while recovering from a stroke suffered on New Years eve. Vinny was born on May 9th, 1949, in Brooklyn, New York. He was a good natured and precocious child that was always full of mischief. He certainly kept the nuns at the catholic school on their toes. At 18, Vinny left New York and enlisted in the Navy. He loved to reminisce about his time in the Navy and all the adventures he had. In 1976, he landed in Maryland where he met and married his wife of nearly 47 years, Viola "Billie" Harcourt. Vinny was a great guy, jovial, good natured and hardworking. He was the type of guy that would do anything for anyone, a friend to all. His infectious laughter and quick wit will be missed by all that knew him. Vinny is survived by his wife Viola Harcourt, his daughter's Crissy, Nikki and Kandis, his 6 grandchildren Michael, Jamie, Matthew, Michele, Lucius and Octavious, his 6 great grandchildren Brynn, Chance, Callie, Jaydon, Maren and T.J., his sister Mary and her husband Charles Thomas, his nephew Bobby and nieces Kelly and Susan. Vinny is proceeded in death by his parents Albert and Rita Harcourt, his brother Jack and daughter Tammy. He was a beloved husband, father, brother and friend who will be missed beyond measure.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 12 noon in the Glen Haven Memorial Park Cemetery 7231 Ritchie Highway Glen Burnie, Maryland.
