December 3, 1938 — April 20, 2014

Anna Victoria Harbeson
Nanny
Anna Harbeson (known as Nanny to all) passed away suddenly on Sunday April 20, 2014.  She was born on December 3, 1938.  She was a resident of Baltimore and pursued her dream to move to “the Ocean” about 22 years ago when she relocated to Berlin, MD.

Anna is survived by her two sons, Kenneth Harbeson and Richard Harbeson, her three grandchildren Samantha Harbeson, Nicholas Harbeson and Justin Harbeson, her sister Dolly, her brother in law Chet, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Nanny was also considered a grandmother to Chad Kail, Ryan Kail and Kurt Leinemann. She is preceded in death by her husband Richard Harbeson and her granddaughter Angela Harbeson.  Her family was her world.

She became “Nanny” to all the children in her life, including all of her grandchildren’s  friends.  She loved to play Bingo.  She loved the Dallas Cowboys.  She has a “Cowboys” room in her home that everyone always knew not to disturb.  She also loved Elvis.

Nanny was loved by all and will be truly missed.  Her unexpected passing will leave an empty place in many hearts.
