Anna Jean Shepke, a dedicated and kind soul, passed away March 8,2024, in Pasadena, Maryland. She was a lifelong resident of Locust Point and only recently moved to Pasadena in the last 10 years. Anna's legacy is one of unwavering compassion and commitment to serving her community.
Throughout her life, Anna pursued various roles including office work at Francis Scott Key Elementary Middle School and contributing in the cafeteria. Her love for children shone through as she engaged in substitute teaching, where she made a positive impact on the lives of many young individuals. Anna's quiet nature was paired with a profound kindness that resonated with all those who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her proudest accomplishment was her volunteer work at Locust Point Community Church, where she shared her time and talents selflessly.
Anna will be dearly missed by her son Kenneth Shepke, daughter-in-law Bobby Shepke, granddaughter Sarah Shepke, and great-grandson Dominic Giuliano. Anna's husband Alexander Shepke and granddaughter Susie Shepke preceded her in death.
Anna J. Shepke will be remembered for her warm smile, helpful nature, and the lasting impact she made on those around her. Her dedication to serving others and love for children will forever remain etched in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
