Anne's journey through life was adorned with grace and dedication. A proud graduate of Glen Burnie High School in 1947, she embarked on a career as an Executive Secretary at W.R. Grace, where her professionalism and commitment shone brightly. Her work was not merely a job but a passion that she pursued diligently.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Anne found joy in simple pleasures that enriched her days. From engaging in prayer to enjoying the thrill of bingo and the mental stimulation of crossword puzzles, she found solace and happiness in these moments of tranquility.
A woman of many accomplishments, Anne was a longstanding member of Glen Burnie Toastmaster International for two decades, where her eloquence and wit captivated audiences. Her altruistic spirit also led her to volunteer at the Pasadena Senior Center, where she touched the lives of many with her kindness and generosity. Additionally, she ventured into physical activity as part of the Marley Milers group, walking numerous miles at the mall while fostering camaraderie and well-being.
In the tapestry of Anne's life, family held a special place in her heart. She is survived by her loving children Kathleen P. Sauerhoff and Mark J. Hannon (Xiulan Li), as well as her cherished grandsons Mark E. Belcher and Mitchell E. Belcher. Their bond with Anne was a testament to her warmth and unwavering love that will continue to resonate through generations.
Anne is now reunited with her beloved husband Ronald P. Hannon in eternal peace and serenity. Together again, their spirits find solace in each other's embrace as they watch over their dear family from above.
