Visitation will be held at the family owned and operated McCully-Polyniak Funeral Home P.A., 3204 Mountain Road, Pasadena, MD. on Tuesday from 6-9 PM. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday 10 AM at St Jane Frances Church (Pasadena). Interment to follow in Glen Haven Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to the Tate Hospice House, 817 S. Camp Meade Road, Linthicum, MD.
