Barsha Prose Thompson passed away on June 10th, 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones. Born in Ashland, KY and raised her family in Annandale, VA.
Beloved wife of the late Paul Thompson, Sr. of 61 years. Succeeded in death by her beloved daughter Cynthia Prose Thompson.
Devoted mother of Paul Thompson Jr, Christopher Wayne Thompson, Barsha Jayne Thompson, Veronica Counts Weisberg and husband Charles (Skip), Jennifer Lynn Thompson and Stephanie Jean Thompson.
Dear sister of the late Dolores Bowman, Edwin F. Conley Jr, Marlene Casey-Zawol and Sandy Gentry. Loving Grandmother to Melissa and husband Billy, Johnathan, Ashley and husband Stephen, Holly, Cortney, J’Paul, Emily, Gabrielle, Kyle, Kaleb, Lydia Barsha, and Great Grandchildren.
She adored all of her many nieces, nephews and Great Grand nieces and nephews.”
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the family owned and operated MCCULLY POLYNIAK & COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, P. A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Saturday, June 15, 2024, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 5:00 pm. Cremation services to follow.
