Neal.
Betty was born in Baltimore, Maryland on March 14, 1938 to Preston and Irene Hood and died at her Millersville's residence on February 9, 2014. Betty went to Odenton Elementary, Arundel High School, Cosmetology School in Impendence, KS and Floral design School at Anne Arundel Community College. She work as a hair dresser, floral designer, was a hostess at McCully-Polyniak Funeral Home, P.A., worked at J.C. Penney's hair salon.
