WATTS on April 16, 2015 BETTY LOU. Devoted wife of the late David Franklin Watts; dear mother of Steven F. Watts, Daniel E. Watts, Kathleen E. Cantville, David S. Watts and the late Roy T. Watts; loving grandmother of Sarah Rubenstein, Andrew Watts, Lisa Tracewell, Michele Siebert, David Russell Watts and Alexandra Watts; great-grandmother of Anna, Reid and Benjamin. Betty Lou was a homemaker who enjoyed baking cakes and collecting Elvis Presley memorabilia.
