Braddox Pisano

June 18, 2008 — October 17, 2021

With extreme sorrow, we announce that Braddox William Pisano left this world on Sunday, October 17, 2021. He was 13 years old.
Braddox was born in Annapolis, Maryland on June 18, 2008 to his loving parents Jon and Stacey Pisano, and lived his entire life in Pasadena, Maryland. He was an eighth grade student at Chesapeake Bay Middle School.
Braddox was absolutely passionate about sports. Whether on the football field, the wrestling mat, or playing lacrosse, he was a consummate competitor. You always wanted Braddox to be your teammate and, as a coach, you always wanted him on your team. While he played club level lacrosse for other groups, Braddox was especially ardent about his involvement with the Panthers Athletic Club. His athletic accomplishments, awards, and accolades were the result of his unyielding determination, fiery spirit, and hard work. At times, Braddox simply willed himself to be better.
In addition to the large role of sports in his life, Braddox was an avid fisherman, crabber, boater, and lover of all things aquatic. He enjoyed riding bikes and spending time with his many friends. Braddox experienced frequent and wonderful adventures while camping and traveling with his family to destinations near and far. When not engaged with one particular interest, Braddox would seek out and find a new one, as he never sat still for long. Braddox was also quite fond of food, especially Italian cuisine. Eating lasagna in the bathtub was his favorite.
Braddox’s character was remarkable. He was funny and always enjoyed a good practical joke. Braddox was caring, kind, and sensitive to others' needs. He was trustworthy and brave, calm under pressure, and never backed down from adversity. Braddox radiated a special spirit; his heart was light and he possessed a contagious self-confidence. He made friends easily and many of those friendships became long lasting. Surely, a part of Braddox will live forever in the minds and hearts of his friends.
For those of us fortunate enough to know and love Braddox, his brief life now seems like a firework on the Fourth of July: one that ascends quickly to an incredible altitude before bursting open with magnificent radiance and color, then leaving us in awe as it sadly fades away. While we wish the display would have lasted longer, we are grateful for witnessing its glory.
Braddox was predeceased in life by his grandfathers William Pisano Sr. and Rick Frank. He is survived by his grandmothers Anna Pisano and Pam Frank, his parents Jon and Stacey Pisano, his sister Brianna Pisano, his uncle Bill and aunt Marisa Pisano, his uncle Chad and aunt Shelby Walrath, his aunt Andrea Scantlebury, his aunt Jamie Frank, and his cousins Ingino, Livianna, Paige and Ariana.
