On November 30, 2011, CAROL A. CHISOLM (nee Mathis), of Brooklyn Park; beloved wife of the late William C. Chisolm; devoted mother of Mary Jo Turek and her husband Allen and the late Jeanette Brown; loving grandmother of Donna Bland, Linda Leone, Laura Palmisano, Jack Turek; and great-grandmother of Kristen Duffy, John Bland, Katie Mier, Michael Leone, Matthew Leone, Erin Palmisano, Jessie Palmisano, Christian Battung, Joshua Turek, Mandi Stauffer, Bonnie Kumar, John Lilly, Donald Brown, Robin Blazuki, Jason Brown; and 12 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Daisy Mathis.
The family will receive friends at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME P.A., 237 E. Patapsco Ave. (Brooklyn), on Sunday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM where services will be held on Monday at 11 AM. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery. Contributions may be made in her memory to the American Heart Association.
