Carol Lynne Ward, 72, of Pasadena, Maryland passed away on Saturday May 10th 2014.
She was born to the late Vernon Myers and Florence Heiliger, February 13, 1942, in Baltimore, Maryland. Carol graduated from South Western High School in 1959. She married the late Robert J. Ward in 1961, and they lived together in Pasadena, Maryland until their divorce in 1982.
Carol was an employee of Giant Food in Landover for 40 years until her retirement in 2005. She was passionate about her family and loved to spend time at the beach.
Carol is survived by three children: Kimberly A. Ward of Pasadena, Md., Steven A. Ward of Lake City, Florida and Kristi L. Ward also of Pasadena, MD. She also is survived by six Grandchildren: Jeffie Knoedler, Jami Knoedler, Amanda Sewell, Daniel Munroe, Alexandra Ward and Rebecca Ward. Brothers: William Myers, Ronald Myers and sister Terry Wrobleski.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to The Chemical Sensitivity Foundation. P.O. Box 283 Topsham, Maine 04086. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
