Dove, devoted father of Kimberly Lilly, Chuck Dove and his wife Dawn, Bill Shuey, III, Patrick Shuey, Sr and his wife Lesley, James Shuey and his wife Lisa, Michael Shuey, Sr and his wife Samantha, dear brother of Donald Dove, Ruth Reynolds, William Fowler, III, Deborah Silvers and her husband Tom, and the late Charles Dove and John Dove, dear brother-in-law of Michele Powell and her husband Greg, loving grandfather of Jessica Smith and her husband Bill, Michael Shuey, Jr, Kenny Lilly, Jr, Billy Shuey, IV and his wife Katie, Patrick Shuey, Jr, and his wife Emma, Sam Shuey, Chelsey Shuey, Joesph Shuey, Rebecca Dove, Sarah Shuey, Emiley Shuey Menoche and her husband Garrett, Gabe Shuey, Anna Dove, Christian Shuey, Caleb Shuey and Cooper Dove, loving great-grandfather of Liam Pecknick, Kinsley Smith, Forrest Lilly, Maximus Shuey, Jude Shuey, Eloise Shuey, Brooklyn Shuey, Lula Death.

Carroll was born in Maryland on November 4, 1943, to his parents John and Ruth Dove and raised by his stepfather William Fowler, Jr.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the family owned and operated MCCULLY POLYNIAK & COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Monday, February 24, 2025, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Where funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 1:00 pm. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery.
