Carl was born in Conway, South Carolina, on July 15, 1953, was the son of the late Wilbur and Shirley Caulder and died at Hospice of the Chesapeake on March 16, 2024. He served honorably in the United State Army and was a proud member of the Teamsters. He was a devoted fan of the Baltimore Orioles, the Baltimore Ravens and the University of Tennessee Vols.
His fondest memories are those he spent during the summer with his grandmother working in the tobacco fields and time spent with family during holidays and vacation outings.
Surviving him are his wife, Connie Rogers, four children Chris Rogers (Hannah), Carl W. Caulder, Jennifer L. Parks (Paul), Shannon R. Peterson (David), brother R. Randy Caulder (Darla), sister Lucy L. Cook (Gary), one nephew, Jason Cook and 3 nieces, Danielle Cook, Brittany Caulder and Savannah Young, 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
His heart is part of our heart and that will never change. Fly high with the angels and rest in peace by the Lord’s side. Your battle is now over!

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the family owned and operated MCCULLY POLYNIAK & COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Monday, March 25, 2024, 11:00 to 1:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at 1 pm. Interment Crownsville Veterans Cemetery.
