Charlotte Rossi

Charlotte Elizabeth Rossi, 80, the beautiful wife of the late Albert F. Rossi, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, colleague and friend, was welcomed into the presence of her Lord and Savior on June 24, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 26, 1933, the daughter of Leo and Rose Eibner, in Baltimore, MD and a sister to three brothers. She is survived by her loving children: Debbie Welsh, Mark Rossi, Sharon Rossi and Melissa Seitler; her loving daughter-in-laws: Patti Rossi and Karen Gatzke and her son-in-law, Ray Welsh, six grandchildren: Rebecca Rincione, Erin Dzurenko, Sarah Rock, Allison Seitler, Olivia Rossi and Amanda Rossi; and five great grandchildren: Jacob Wlodarczyk, Noah and Hanna Dzurenko and Kiernan and June Rock.
Charlotte had a love for the Lord, her family and her closest friends. A nurse at Harbour Hospital Center for 26 years, she made a difference in many lives as she cared for newborn babies in the NICU. For many years, she coordinated the premie picnic where families of those born early or under distress were welcomed back to celebrate their lives. Besides being passionate about her family and friends, her other passions included cooking and baking dozens of different kinds of Christmas cookies, singing, and gardening. Charlotte led a very full and active life until she was overcome with Alzheimer’s disease. She always put family in front of everything. She loved the Lord and He welcomed her to heaven with open arms. She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Thursday, June 26, 2014 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. A funeral Mass will be held in the Church of The Crucifixion, 100 Scott Avenue Glen Burnie on Friday, June 27, 2014 at 10 AM. Interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
