Christine C Ritz

Christine Claire Ritz, age 73, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2024, at Accent Care Hospice of Harbor Hospital in Baltimore.  Christine was born on January 2,1951 to the late Robert Raymond Ritz and Marie Pilkonis Ritz.  She is survived by her siblings, Donna Bolander and Robert Ritz, both of Brooklyn Park, as well as by her friends from St Rose of Lima School, Archbishop Keough High School and Towson University.  After college, Christine taught English at Baltimore’s Lake Clifton High School.  She also joined the Koinonia Fellowship in Stevenson, MD where she further developed her life-long interest in the natural world, as well as in organic gardening and holistic healing.  Throughout her life, Christine was known for her intelligence, quick wit, love of reading, and staunch belief in self-determination, as well as her love of nature.
