Clara Leister

Leister, Clara M a Glen Burnie resident for 15 years and a Pasadena resident for 39 years beloved wife of the late Arthur M. Leister, devoted mother of Sharon M. Shadle of Glen Burnie, A. Dennis Leister of Preston and Leah J. Alvey of Pasadena. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Leister was born on June 16, 1931 to the late Harry and Mary Collinson and died in the Baltimore-Washington Medical Center on June 3, 2011. Mrs. Leister worked for 40 years with Anne Arundel County Schools, she spent most of her time with Highpoint, Oakhill Elementary and North East High school before retiring in 1995. She was a member of the Eastern Star who enjoyed spending time with family, word search puzzles and supporting pigeon racing.
Funeral services where held at family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Tuesday at 10 AM. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association 1850 York Road Suite D Timonium, Maryland 21093.
