On April 23, 2009, CONCETTA (nee Bianca) born in Baltimore, beloved wife of the late Murray Blair to whom she was married for 46 years; devoted mother of F. Michael Blair and his wife Dorothy of Catonsville, Peggy McElwain and her husband Allan of Whitehall, and WM, Mark Blair and his wife Michele of Laurel, MD; beloved daughter of the late Angelo and Giovanna Bianca and devoted sister of the late John and Peter Bianca, Rose and Lena Bianca and Stella Minichiello. Also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; grand-nieces and nephews and great-grand nieces and nephews.
A memorial mass will be held on Monday, May 4, 2009 at 10 A.M. at St. Mark's Catholic Church, 30 Melvin Ave, Catonsville, MD. Interment will be private. Those desiring, may make contributions to the St. Elizabeth Rehabilitation and Nursing Facilities, 3320 Benson Ave, Baltimore, MD 21227, in Mrs. Blair's memory.
