Constance Lynette Zimmerman

Constance Lynette Zimmerman passed away on September 5, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Harold J. Zimmerman; devoted mother of Mary, John, Charles, Patricia and Joseph; dear sister of Ginny Robertson and the late Mary Gaddis-Brown, loving grandmother of Shannon, Tiffany, Brittney, Hannah, Brian, Bryan, Michael and Damon; dear great grandmother of Destiny, Jordyn, Joshua, Haven, Rowan, Paisley, Lucus and Parker. 

Constance was born on February 5, 1935, to her late parents Harold and Elizabeth Presley and passed away at Baltimore Washington Medical Center surrounded by her family on September 5, 2024. She was a devoted mother, homemaker and wife. She also enjoyed watching soap operas and game shows in her free time. She will be dearly missed by all.

Family and friends are invited to visit the family owned and operated McCully Polyniak & Collins Funeral Home, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road Pasadena, Maryland 21122 on Monday September 9, 2024, from 10 AM until 12 Noon. A graveside service will begin at 12:30 at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
