Evans, David B. beloved husband of Julia J. Evans (Nee Hickey) devoted father of Molly R. and Laura V. Evans, both of Pasadena, loving son of George and Mary Jane Evans of Palm City, Florida, dear brother of Terri Evans and John Evans, both of Virginia, Beth Evans and Janet Evans-Kuveikis and her husband Bobbo, both of Florida. Dave is also survived by his beloved dog Duke and many relatives and friends.
Dave, a Pasadena resident for 14 years was born in Texas on June 6, 1957 and died in the University of Maryland Hospital on March 8, 2014. He was employed with State Farm Insurance Company for 17 years. Dave was a member of the Maryland Bar Association, the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, SABR ( Society for America Baseball Research ), Friend of the Baseball Hall of Fame, and a season ticket holder for the Orioles for 25 years. Dave was also a member of the Our Lady of the Chesapeake Church where he served as an usher for over 10 years. Dave's hobbies included baseball, music, traveling, and spending time with his wife and children who loved him very much. He also enjoyed going to his daughter Laura's field hockey and lacrosse games and Molly's art shows.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Tuesday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday at 11 AM in the Our Lady of the Chesapeake Church (Ventnor Road, Pasadena ). Cremation services to follow.
