Panuska, On March 23, 2012 David A. beloved husband of Cheryl L. Panuska (Nee Appell) adored father of Cara N. and Annalise P. Panuska and Kimberly A. Lafferty cherished brother of Jack Panuska and Jean Gaubatz, treasured uncle to 9 nieces and nephews. Also survived by 5 grandchildren.
