Devoted sister of John Jack Adams and his wife Jane, devoted stepmother of Kevin Jones and Barbara Singer and her husband Daniel, devoted aunt of Fred Adams, Jackie Lynn Hlinka and her husband George and their children Tatyana and Adam. Family will recieve friends at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road (PASADENA) on Monday 3-5 and 7-9 P.M. Where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10 A.M. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery.
