DEBORAH LYNN MACNEIL "DEBBIE", 63, passed peacefully on Thursday September 3, 2015. Deborah or Debbie as she preferred to be called, was born December 4, 1951 in Baltimore, Maryland to Miles E. Ford and Dorothy I. McCauley. Debbie was a beloved wife to John D.Macneil and devoted mother to Miles F. Morris and Debbie J. Macneil. She was also a loving grandmother to Joshua Morris (who predeceased her), Thomas Morris, Ashlynn Morris and Jessica Morris.
