Dolores M. Dove, 72 of Arnold died peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Sunday, September 13, 2015. Mrs. Dove was born in Baltimore on February 28, 1943 to the late Vernon and Sadie Leimbach of Rivera Beach. She worked as a Registered Nurse and was a partner of her family's assisted living facility, The Pear Tree House of Pasadena. Mrs. Dove was a member of CrossPointe Church in Arnold. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren play sports, spending time with her family, crocheting, knitting, 'crusing' and travelling to beautiful places with family, especially her sisters-in-law Jackie and Linda Leimbach.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dove is preceded in death by her brothers Vernon "Skip" Leimbach and Edward Leimbach. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Donald F. Dove of Arnold, daughters, Jacqueline (Caldwell) Heath and husband, Glenn of Pasadena; Lauren (Caldwell) Allen and husband, Brant of Lexington, KY; Colleen (Caldwell) Childs and husband, John of Stevensville; and stepsons Don and Matthew Dove of Berlin. She was devoted to her grandchildren Kendall and Carter Childs, and Etta Dove. She is the loving sister of Robert (Kay) Leimbach of Ocean Pines, Richard (Robin) Leimbach of The Villages, FL, and David (Karen) Leimbach of Pasadena as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Relatives and friends may call on Thursday September 17, 2015 from 3 - 5 and 7 - 9 PM at the McCully-Polyniak Funeral Home, 3204 Mountain Road, Pasadena, MD 21122 and 8 - 9 AM on Friday, September 18, at CrossPointe Church prior to funeral services. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 9 AM at CrossPointe Church, 365 Jones Station Road, Arnold, MD 21012. Internment at Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville, MD.
