Doris Rickerds

On Thursday, April 23rd, 2015, Doris May (Hammer) Rickerds left this world to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. During the days preceding her passing, she was surrounded by her loving children, grandchildren, extended family and close friends. Doris'’s passing was preceded by that of her husband, Elmer (Rick) Rickerds,  in whose arms she now dances. Doris is survived by many who will miss her loving joyful presence,  to include: her brother, Robert Hammer; stepbrother Howard Brisbois; daughters Bonnie Kirby and Donna Bopst; grandsons Steve Etzler and Kevin Kirby; granddaughters Kristin Shifflett, Michele Langford and Stacie Merritt; great grandsons, Matt Etzler, Brandon Kirby, Zac Langford, Holden Rodriguez and Jake Langford; great granddaughters,  Lilly Shifflett, Lynsea Shifflett, Emily Kirby and Kayla Etzler. Fond memories of times spent with Doris will live in our hearts forever.
The family will receive friends at the family-owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 3204 Mountain Road, Pasadena, on Monday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM, where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10 AM. Interment following in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
