Edna F. Holsey, beloved wife of the late Edward B. Holsey, devoted mother of Edward R. Holsey, loving grandmother of Stacy Michelle Phares, Christie Renee Mitchell, and the late Edward Arthur Holsey, loving great grandmother of Kaitlyn Nicole Phares, Ashley Ann Phares, Joshua Edward Mitchell and Allyson Elliott Mitchell. Edna is preceded in death by 3 sisters.
Edna was born in Maryland on March 23, 1923, to her parents George and Bertha Ebenhack and passed away in the Hospice of the Chesapeake on March 7, 2024. She was the owner of the Brass Rail Pub on Hog Neck Road in Pasadena for many years. She also owned Captain Bucks in Pasadena, Ace in the Hole in Dundalk and Murphy's Water Oak Inn in Pasadena and worked in the bar industry for over 50 + years. Edna loved animals especially her dog Gabby, she enjoyed gardening, loved Fox news, loved Rhebs chocolate and going to Sabbatinos Restaurant in Little Italy, she loved bird watching, and getting her beehive hair done every Thursday, and was really close to her great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the family owned and operated MCCULLY POLYNIAK & COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Sunday, March 10, 2024, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm. Where funeral services will be held on Mondy at 11 am. Interment Loudon Park Cemetery.
