Friends may call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME P.A., 130 East Fort Avenue (South Baltimore) on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Service and interment will be private. A celebration of Mr Dobbs life will be held on Saturday, June 25th at 2 PM at the Curtis Bay Athletic Club in Ft Smallwood Road. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Baltimore City Foundation Fire Prevention Fund, 410 E. Lexington St., Baltimore, Md 21202.
