Loving father of Donna Lee Matthews, Edward Fleming Hay, Jr., and Ronald Gilbert Hay. Bloved grandfather of several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the family-owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 237 E. Patapsco Avenu( (Brooklyn) on Sunday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM where Prayer Services will be held on Monday at 10 AM Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
