On February 23, 2010; ELSIE C. (nee Irvin) of South Baltimore; beloved wife of the late Charles H. Burkhardt, Sr.; loving mother of Bonnie, Charles Jr., Raymond, Marilyn, Darlene and the late Ronald; beloved grandmother of nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; dear friend of Doris Maenner.
The family will receive friends at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 130 East Fort Avenue (South Baltimore) on Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM, where services will be held on Friday at 9:30 AM. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery.
