Ethel Calvert

On June 12, 2015, Mrs. Ethel Marie Calvert ‘Etts” beloved wife of the late “Pee Wee” Calvert and loving mother of Gregory Calvert passed away peacefully at her residence at the Greens on Hammonds Lane. Born May 21, 1919 in Baltimore, she was a lifelong resident of Brooklyn Park. She was an avid reader and enjoyed being surrounded by her many friends and family. She is survived by her son Greg and his wife Cindy from Plantation, Florida her two Grandsons; Justin Calvert and his wife Miranda, and Christopher Calvert and his wife Jennifer, along with 4 beautiful great grandchildren Aiden, Mason, Brooklyn and Beckett. She also survived by her sister, Shirley Nusbaum and her husband Lloyd Nusbaum Jr. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in the name of Ethel Marie Calvert to the Make A Wish Foundation 10920 Connecticut Avenue Kensington, Maryland 20895-2186.
Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 237 E. Patapsco Avenue (BROOKLYN) on Friday from 3-5 & 7-9PM. There will be additional viewing on Saturday from 9:30-10AM. Services will be begin at 10AM. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery.
