Eva Ann Carlsen, 71, of Pasadena, Md. passed away Saturday, July 26, 2014 after a short battle with cancer, with family at her side.
She was born in Baltimore, Md. on November 18, 1942 to the late Anna May and William John Flynn Sr. She retired from Anne Arundel County School Board as a custodian in 2004.
She is survived by her brothers and sister in laws Betty and William Flynn Jr, Sandy and Ronald Flynn, Shirley and the late James Vaughn, and Mary and Sam Mcgraw all of Md.
Eva was proud of her family and loved spending time with them.
She is survived by 5 children: Sandra and John Mach Sr., Waidner Carlsen Jr., Douglas and Candace Carlsen, Corrina and Joe Perro, and Nicole Carlsen. 12 grandchildren: Theresa Mach, Rebekah Mach, John Mach Jr., Chad Carlsen, Megan Carlsen, Trisha Carlsen, Brandon Carlsen, Brian Carlsen, David Dawson, Kevin Mccurley, Shepard Victorio and in spirit Presence Victorio.
and 17 great grandchildren: Taylor, Parker, Lucas, Nolan and Susie Carlsen, Aireyonna Mach, Kingston and Princeton Carlsen, Kali Carlsen, CJ Carlsen, Emma and Lexi Carlsen, Bailey Dawson, Jacob and Daniel McCurley and in spirit Grace Dawson and James Carlsen.
She is also survived by many special nieces, nephews, in laws, ex in-laws and friends. It is important to mention also that she is preceded in death by her beloved Bulldog Simple Sassy Shena. These are the people that made up Eva and the legacy she carries on.
Relative and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUENRAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Tuesday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. Where funeral serivces will be held on Wednesday at 11 AM. Interment Glen Haven memorial Park Cemetery.
