Frances Elizabeth Broadwater

Frances Elizabeth Broadwater age 74, of Glen Burnie, MD passed away peacefully on January 6, 2025, at Future Care Chesapeake in Arnold, MD. 

She was born in Baltimore, MD to parents Lake Frances McKeel and Clarence William Viars. She was raised by her Mother Lake Frances Mckeel and Stepfather James Dillon McKeel. She worked for Montgomery Wards, W.L Reynolds in Baltimore and later for Giant Food.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Anderson Broadwater, daughter Frances Satterfield, mother and father, sisters Sarah Neel, Elsie Mae White, brothers Bernard Dalton, and Larry Viars.

Frances is survived by her daughter Shanon Lawler, son in law James Lawler III, and two grandchildren, Sophia and Ethan Lawler of Glen Burnie, sister Millard Barrett, brother-in-law Wayne Barrett of Woodbridge, VA; and Nephew Wayne Barrett Jr. of Bristow, VA. Brother in law Virgil Broadwater of Pasadena, MD. 

Family and friends are invited to the family owned and operated McCULLY POLYNIAK & COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road Pasadena, Maryland 21122 on Saturday January 18, 2025, from 11 AM until 1 PM. At which time, a funeral service will begin.
