Puckett (Nee White) devoted father of Michael Riley Puckett and his companion Jacklyn Smith, Michelle Lynn Riley Puckett Vana and her husband Mark, Kathleen Puckett Ford and her husband Brian, and Judith Hemler-Cox, Loving grandfather of Ashlee Michelle Vana and Lania Savanah Riley Puckett, dear twin brother of Larry L. Puckett, brother Danny W. Puckett, sister Debbie Puckett Morgan, half sisters Flora Mae Pierce and Joyce Puckett Bryant, half brother A�Robert Puckett, dear cousin of George Mitchell. He is preceded in death by his mother Lucille Mitchell Puckett, his father Otis Daniel Puckett and his sister Donna Puckett Pierce. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road (PASADENA) on Saturday and Sunday 3-5 and 7-9 P.M. Where funeral services will be held on Monday at 1:30 P.M. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery.
