The family will receive friends at the family-owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME P.A., 3204 Mountain Road (Pasadnea) on Monday and Tuesday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM, where services will be held on Wednesday at 12 noon. Entombment in Glen Haven Memorial Park Mausoleum.
