Smith and her husband Greg of Pasadena, dear brother of Norman E. Milligan of Pasadena, Charles Milligan of Odenton and Margaret Dickenson of Laurel Del, loving grandfather of Morgan Milligan of Glen Burnie, Ryan Milligan of Glen Burnie, Casey Smith of Pasadena and Sean Milligan of Glen Burnie, dear brother-in-law of Carol and Joseph Korzeniewski of Lorton, VA, Deborah Walter of Seaford, Del, Charles and Michelle Smith of West Palm Beach Fla. Dear son-in-law of Geraldine Smith of Millsboro, Del.
Mr. Milligan was born in Maryland on February 22, 1946 to the late Norman and Mabel Milligan and died at his Pasadena residence of 46 years on February 20, 2012. Mr. Milligan was an Estimator for Flippo Construction Company for 25 years retiring in 2011. He enjoyed spending time with his family, football and all other sports and working in his shed.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Wednesday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. Where a Memorial service will be held on Thursday at 11 AM Burial Private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Chesapeake 445 Defense Highway Annapolis, Maryland 21401.
