George Sheldon, Sr.

Sheldon, Sr.,  Suddenly. on May 28, 2015, George Dennis Sheldon, Sr., of Gulf Breeze, Florida, and formerly of Baltimore, passed  away peacefully while visiting family in Baltimore. George was born to William Robert and Mary Catherine Sheldon on June 16, 1948, and was married to his loving wife on June 18, 1966. He  enjoyed spending time with his 3 sons, 7 grandchildren, travelling with his wife, raising birds and collecting hats.   George is survived by his wife, Patricia Carol Sheldon, (nee Tully); 3 sons:  : George, Jr., David and Joseph:  7 grandchildren: George III, Matthew, Joseph, Jr., David ,  Jonathon, Jacob and Breanna one brother, Ronald, and sisters, Millie Breidenbach, Wanda Bessling, Kathy Wahlhaupter and Patricia Sheldon. as well as many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Catherine, and one Brother, Stanley and a stepbrother, John.
The family will receive friends at the  family-owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 237 East Patapsco Avenue, (Brooklyn), on Monday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM, where Services will be held on Tuesday at 10 AM. Interment following in Glen Haven Memorial Park. (Glen Burnie).
