Hammer; devoted mother of Robert Gerald, Doris May and the late Robert Elmer; loving grandmother of 9, great-grandmother of 11 and great-great grandmother of 1. Geraldine was born on January 7, 1928 in Baltimore, Maryland and died at her residence in Pasadena, Maryland on December 24, 2014.
Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Sunday from 6-8PM. Where a funeral service will be held on Monday at 10:30AM. Interment Baltimore National Cemetery.
