The family of Gerard A. Middleton, celebrate his life by announcing that he has passed into an eternal life of peace on September 12, 2014. He is survived by his brothers Frank and Mark. He was preceded in death by his Sisters Jeannine and Diane. Loving father of David Middleton and his wife, Pamela Middleton, Christopher Middleton and his wife, Kathryn Middleton, Lisa Stanley and her husband, Thomas Stanley, Carolyn Dawson and her husband, Timothy Dawson, Brian Middleton and his fiancé, Sarah Hurley, Joseph Howard and his fiancé, Stephanie Hardy, Michael Walker and his wife, Tammy Gmeinwieser-Walker. Cherished grandfather of Elaina, Anthony, Matthew, David, Justin, Caleb, Christopher, Jen, Nick, Melissa, Kristin, Ashlee, Joshua, Hailey, Timothy and his wife, Megan, Kadi, Thomas, Zachary, Gabriella, Preston, Sydney, Brian, Kyle, Amber, Joseph, Jonathan, Jaime, and Brian. Caring Great-Grandfather of Aiden, Piper, Hope and Mattix.
Gerard retired after 45 years from Local Union 7. He dedicated his life to his family and sharing The Lord with others. So many have been touched by his love, generosity and of course, his free spiritedness. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, loved traveling the country, cooking, singing oldies songs and was always ready with a good joke.
Family and Friends will honor Gerard's life at the family owned and operated McCully-Polyniak Funeral Home, P.A., 3204 Mountain Road, Pasadena, MD on Wednesday September 17, 2014. Viewing will be held from 10am-12pm and service will be held from12-1pm. The Burial will immediately follow at Lake View Memorial Park Cemetery, 2724 Liberty Rd., Sykesville, MD 21784
