On October 27, 2014 Gilbert Wayne Davis "Gil" age 67 a Pasadena resident for 43 passed away at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Gilbert was a 1966 graduate of Southern High School and was a lineman for 45 year with BGE. He enjoyed eating crabs, playing cards, tending his vegetable garden, watching the Orioles and Ravens, his dogs and drinking his "Bud".
He is survived by his loving wife Mary C. Davis; son Steven W. Davis of Pasadena; Daughter Cathy L. Davis of Pasadena; sisters: Jean Robinson of Joppatown, JoAnn Thomas of New York and Jeanette O'Neal of Pasadena. He was preceded in death by his parents William and Rebecca Davis; brother Butch Davis and sisters Sharon Davis and Ruth Rowand.
Visitation will be held at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 3204 Mountain Road, Pasadena on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM where funeral services will be held on Friday at 12 Noon. Interment to follow in Glen Haven Memorial Park.
