Witte, Harry James passed \away on September 8, 2017. He was born in Prince George's County. MD on October 27, 1945 to the late Gladys and William Witte. He grew up with 4 brothers in Beltsville,MD. He is the loving father of 4 surviving children: Barbara Witte, Dawn Sanabria, Holly Witte, and William Witte. He is survived by 9 beautiful grandchildren: Ashley Mendez, Eddie Day, Katie Day, Felicia Meallister, Jimmy Grizzle, Kyle Grizzle, Austin Edwards, Luis Calderon, and Khloe Calderon, 3 great grandchildren: Victor Mendez, Vincent Mendez and Ryder Mendez. Harry was a proud US Veteran that served in the Vietnam War. After his service in the Army, he worked for the University of Maryland as a painter. He enjoyed the company of friends and family and will be truly missed.
The family will receive friends at the family-owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 237 East Patapsco Avenue, on Monday, Sept. 18th, from 6-9 PM, where Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 9:30 AM. Interment following in the Maryland Veterans Cemetery of Crownsville, with Military Honors.
