Baker of Hanover, PA, loving grandmother of Tara A. Garver, Brett M. Garver, Vernon Lipscomb, Jr. and Joseph Lipscomb, all of Pasadena.
Mrs. Garver was born in Maryland on May 11, 1940 to the late Dorsey and Minnie Baker and died at her residence on January 26, 2011. She was the Owner of Arundel Home Improvement Company for 26 years. She was a Pasadena resident for over 50 years. She was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church who enjoyed NASCAR and was a Ravens Fan..
