Cade, James Michael “Jim” beloved husband of 43 years to Joan Louise Cade (Nee Cermak), dear brother of Sally Brashears and her husband John, dear brother-in-law of Daniel Cermak and his wife Diana, Margaret Castagnola and her husband Michael, Marie Truffer, James Cermak, Karen Emge and her husband Tom. Also survived by many relatives and friends.
Jim was born in Baltimore Maryland on April 10, 1947 to the late Gordon and Virginia Cade. After a brief illness, Jim passed away on July 28, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He attended Severna Park High School and was a 1969 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Business. He was the owner of Parker, Cade and Large, a commercial construction and development company. Jim was a member of the Gibson Island Country Club and Our Lady of the Chesapeake Church. Jim was an avid golfer and enjoyed boating and weekends of camping and horseback riding.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road Pasadena, on Sunday and Monday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday at 10 am in Our Lady of the Chesapeake Church, 8325 Ventnor Rd. Pasadena, Md. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made “In Memory of Jim”, to Our Lady of the Chesapeake Church.
