James Kairos
March 29, 1929 — November 27, 2017
James “Honey” Kairos was born on March 29th, 1929 in Baltimore, MD., and passed away on November 27th, 2017 in Medstar Harbor Hospital at the age of 88. He was known for his one of a kind personality and his talent and love of music, especially the piano. He loved playing music with his family members, especially with his children. He also simply enjoyed the company of others around him. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Margaret Dolores Kairos (nee Hirschman), two sons, Pete and Mario Kairos, and one daughter, Violet Kairos. Mr Kairos was also a loving grandfather to Amber Hall, Heather Kairos, Taylor Kairos, and Mario Kairos Jr.
Rest in peace “Uncle Honey” you will be greatly missed by many. We love you.
The family will receive friends at the family-owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 237 East Patapsco Avenue, (Brooklyn), on Wednesday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM where Prayer Services will be held on Thursday at 11 AM. Interment immediately following in Cedar Hill Cemetery
