James Edward McGoldrick

James Edward McGoldrick "Buddy" passed away suddenly on July 30, 2024. James Edward McGoldrick ( Buddy) was a member of a blended family for 52 years that only had steps coming into the house there were NO step children or step parents. Loved by ALL that knew him. He was the beloved Uncle to 13 nieces and nephews, 19 Great-nieces and nephews and 1 Great-Great- nephew. He was preceded in death by his Father Howard W McGoldrick Sr. Lived with his Mother Donna Thorn and Father Howard Thorn III for 52 years. He worked at Aquarium Products for 20 years. Buddy had no children of his own he said his nieces and nephews were his children. He referred to his Mom as his Best Friend. He will be surely missed and never forgotten by all his family. Buddy is survived by his Mother Donna Thorn, Father Howard Thorn III, 2 brothers Howard W McGoldrick Jr., Howard Thorn IV and 2 sisters Charlotte McDermott and Mary Beacham. 

Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCully Polyniak & Collins Funeral Home, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road Pasadena, Maryland 21122 on Thursday August 8, 2024 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday August 9, 2024 at 11:30 AM. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
