Janet Anne Baker, 56, beloved wife of Gregory W. Baker and a member of St. Jane Frances Catholic Church, passed peacefully on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at her Pasadena home. She was born on February 24, 1961 in Baltimore, Maryland and was a long time resident of Pasadena.
She worked for the Maryland Pennysaver and Verizon. She enjoyed spending time with her family and helping to raise her granddaughter. She loved boating and relaxing on the beach.
She is preceded in death by her father William H. Barbour, her mother Mary A. Barbour, and her sister Verna M. Stahoviac. She is survived by her husband Gregory W. Baker, her son Daniel M. Baker, her daughter Natalie M. Jones, her brothers William H. Barbour II, John H. Barbour, and Alexander J. Barbour, her sisters Jeri Rizzo, and Maria A. Byrd and her granddaughter Madison J. Jones.
Visitation will take place from 3 to 5 PM and 7 to 9 PM on Wednesday, June 7 at the McCully-Polyniak Funeral Home, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road, Pasadena. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the St. Jane Frances Church, 8399 Virginia Avenue, Pasadena on Thursday, June 8 at 10 AM. Interment to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery.
