Janice Mae Burnley passed away on May 13, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Edward C. Burnley, Sr.; devoted mother of Edward C. Burnley, Jr. (Chris), Kevin D. Burnley, Sr. (Cheryl) and Dawn M. Adelberger (Michael); loving grandmother of Erica, Kathryn, Eddie III, Victoria, Kevin Jr., Elizabeth, and Mikey; dear great-grandmother of 15 and great-great grandmother of 1. Janice is also survived by 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She was predeceased by her parents and 1 brother.
Janice was born on December 18,1940 in West Virginia to her late parents Fred and Edith Mize. She has lived in the Glen Burnie area for many years. She was a member of the Orchard Beach Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary for 20 + years. She loved playing bingo, doing yard work and spending time with her family. She also liked to bowl which led her to be on Bowling For Dollars where she bowled 2 strikes winning $1,000. She was very proud of that. She will be dearly missed by all.

Where a funeral service will be held on Thursday May 18, 2023 at 10 AM. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
