Jason Hohman

On September 18, 2016, Jason Michael Hohman, age 40, chose to end his lengthy personal struggles. Jason was born on October 7, 1975 to Dutch Hohman and Karen (Barnett) Capps.
Jason’s greatest accomplishment is his son, Andrew Jacob Hohman. Jason played numerous sports while a student at Northeast High School (baseball was his favorite) and was an avid Baltimore sports fan. He recently worked in the construction field.
Jason is survived by his son, Andrew Hohman; his parents, Dutch & Jackie Hohman; his parents, Karen & Tony Capps; and his grandmother, Jane Hohman. He is also survived by his sister, Jessica (& Michael) Mettle; brothers, Jacob Hohman (& Veronica), Eric Capps, Bobby Reinhardt and Jerry Richmond. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road(Pasadena) on Sunday, September 25, 2016 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Where a funeral service will be held on Monday, September 26, 2016 at 10:30 AM. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
