Loving Great Grandfather of Hailey Klemkowski of Brooklyn Park and Cole Vacek of Glen Burnie.
The family will receive friends at the family-owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 237 East Patapsco Avenue, (Brooklyn) on Friday from 5-9 P.M., where Prayer Services will be held on Saturday at 11 A.M. Interment immediately following in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Contributions may be made in his memory to the National Kidney Foundation of Maryland, 1107 Kenilworth Drive, Suite 202, Baltimore, Md. 21204-2186.
