On February 3, 2017 John Joseph “POP” Fallon, 93 of Brooklyn Park, MD began his journey to heaven to reunite with his parents; John Fallon and Frances Fallon-Resler, siblings; Eleanor Weisand, Frances Fordham, Margaret Purvis and Mary Henry, and loving wife Lauretta of 62yrs. He was the beloved father of Shawn Fallon, John J. Fallon Jr. and his wife Donna; loving grandfather of Zachary Fallon his wife Cindy, Sarah Parks and her husband Eddie, Fallon O’Fallamhain, Joshua Fallon and Ryan Struss; loving great-grandfather to Jasper and Colby John.

Pop joined the U. S. Navy in 1943, proudly serving in WWII; as Petty Officer, First Class Yeoman. Pop then worked for the B&O Railroad in Baltimore as a Clerk and Pier Foreman. He also spent 12 yrs in the State Legislature as a Delegate. He was the first elected president of the Lake Shore Democratic Club.  He loved his “cold coffee”, Orioles and Ravens. Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road (PASADENA) on Thursday February 9, 2017 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. Where a funeral service will be held on Friday February 10, 2017 at 10 AM. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
