John Hudgens

January 22, 1938 — March 26, 2014

John Euel Hudgens was born on January 22, 1938 in Ottumwa, Iowa and died at his residence in Pasadena on March 26, 2014.  He was preceded in death by his parents Euel and Bessie Hudgens and both of his brother in laws.  He is survived by his loving wife Connie Hudgens; daughter Julie Hudgens-Young and husband Steve Young; daughter Donel Trettel and husband Jim; grandchildren Madison Young, Seth Young, Sophie Young, Aimee Trettel, Cara Trettel and Sean Trettel; sister Bonita Clark.
John graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineer and from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.  John retired from Northrop Grumman. John's hobbies were antique cars, gardening, fishing, hunting, wood working and spending time with his family. Memorial contributions may be made in the name of John E. Bldg A Gambrills, Maryland 21054 or Hospice of the Chesapeake 445 Defense Highway Annapolis, Maryland 21401.
Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road Pasadena on Sunday from 3-6PM.  A funeral service will be held Monday at Faith Baptist Church ,Glen Burnie at 11AM. Interment Private.
