On July 8, 2008 JOSEPH LEROY; beloved husband of Sharon Joy Fosler; devoted father of S. Eric Fosler and his wife Elisa P; loving grandfather of Keith N. Cochran, Jr. and Philip J. Fosler; dear brother of Robert Fosler; dear step-father and godfather of Lisa A. Prough; step-father of Michael E.N. Spurgeon and Patrick D. Spurgeon; dear brother-in-law of Stephen E. Joy and his wife Brenda, Gail Joy Willman and her husband Ross, Holly Swan and her husband Silas, Linda Cunfer and her partner Larry McClanahan. Also survived by six-step-grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, numerous loving nieces, nephews and extended family and a host of friends. Long time friend of L. Bernie "Hop" Wehage. Mr. Fosler is proceded in death by his two brothers Norman and Kenneth Fosler, his wife Celera M. Fosler and his parents Norman Fosler and Marie Trabert Fosler.
